Service & Technology

We provide a specialized "High-Touch" fitness consultancy[cite: 147]. This service utilizes a FastAPI and n8n infrastructure to transform your technical health assessment into movement[cite: 70, 76, 122, 142].

Workouts are delivered as formatted, technically validated sheets directly to your WhatsApp to ensure immediate action and elite results[cite: 76, 111, 147].

Subscription & Payments

Access to the ecosystem is granted via a monthly recurring subscription of $25.00 USD[cite: 69].

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal[cite: 81]. Your training delivery is contingent upon an active subscription status maintained in our PostgreSQL database[cite: 79, 82].

Medical Acknowledgement

Elite Fitness Consulting and its founder, Fernando Kobata, are not medical organizations[cite: 128]. You must consult a physician before starting any exercise program. By using this service, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that all information provided in your assessment is accurate[cite: 70, 90].

Responsibilities & Scale

Users must provide truthful data during the dynamic assessment and maintain an active WhatsApp number for delivery[cite: 70, 71, 111].

Our system relies on cutting-edge automation to manage hundreds of athletes without losing quality[cite: 83]. We reserve the right to interrupt service for scheduled maintenance of our FastAPI backend[cite: 139, 142].

User-Generated Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

Our platform lets athletes publish photos, videos ("Reels"), captions and comments, and interact with other members. By using these features you agree to the following, which govern all user-generated content:

  • Zero tolerance. We do not tolerate objectionable content (harassment, hate speech, nudity, violence, illegal activity, spam, or impersonation) or abusive users of any kind.
  • Content filtering. Uploads are subject to review, and content violating this policy is removed.
  • Flagging mechanism. Any user can report/flag a post, reel, or comment they find objectionable directly from the app or site.
  • Blocking mechanism. Any user can block another user at any time. Once blocked, that user's content disappears from your feed and comments immediately, and we are notified for review.
  • Enforcement. We review reports and act within 24 hours of receipt — removing the offending content and, when warranted, suspending or permanently ejecting the user responsible.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data (posts, comments, workout history, anamnesis, and payment records) at any time, directly from the app or the Personal Data page on our website — no phone call or email required. Deletion is immediate and permanent; deactivation alone is never offered as a substitute for full deletion.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or WhatsApp[cite: 71, 148]. Elite Fitness Consulting shall not be liable for any incidental damages resulting from the use of provided automation tools[cite: 139].
